Wine Summary
The two winemakers behind these wines have some serious credentials ... Michael Kerrigan and Gavin Berry have over 37 years combined winemaking experience and make wine for two five-star Margaret River estates. Noble Shiraz has been blended with Grenache, contributing its heady perfume and sweet fruit mid palate. Bringing the wine together is a small dollop of intense, savoury Tempranillo. Each component of the wine was fermented separately in open topped vats with traditional fermentation techniques. The resultant wine parcels were matured in a combination of American and French oak barriques for 12 months before blending.
