Wine Summary
Think of this as a gorgeous tropical field blend, it has the body of Sav Blanc, the beautiful acid line of Riesling, the exotic fruit flavour of Semillon and Verdelho, and the lifted aromatics of Viognier. Everything came together in perfect balance and we honestly think its stunning. Elegant and refreshing with beautiful aromas of stone fruit, lifted peach, zesty pineapple and delicate citrus notes. Crisp and fresh mandarin jumps from the palate followed by pithy lemon. A zingy finish with lingering acidity.

Nestled alongside the oldest vines on the Bleasdale Estate are three Wild Pear trees that have been there longer than anyone can remember. These old trees have made their home on the natural floodplains of the Bremer River, sharing the benefit of this rich resource with the 1930 block of Verdelho whose grapes go on to make this wine. A crisp, fresh dry wine displaying attractive fruit salad aromas with citrus and tropical flavours.

Wine Summary
Sam Trimboli LOVES Durif. He calls it a “stunning little powerhouse grape that develops astounding complexity”. The numberplate on his car even sports the word ‘Durif’, that’s how highly he rates it. The grapes for this wine come from a small vineyard that Sam helped establish in the 1980s and is now at peak maturity. It’s a big, rich, barrel-aged red that will definitely impress - as the two Gold medals will attest to.

Gorgeous layers of dense black fruit with a rich helping of smoky spice. This is a beautiful wine that “tip toes and tapdances over your taste buds”.

A deliciously smooth and silky GSM fron the great Richard Hamilton estate. Woodstock is home to some very old vines - their bush vine Grenache was planted in the 1930s; their Shiraz dates back to the 1900s. The resulting wines are deeply flavoured and lavishly complex. Their OCTOgenarian Grenache is a silky, layered, intricate and complex treat. It’s terrific with duck.
