In this new wave rosé, Tempranillo is the grape of choice - less overtly fruity than the traditional Shiraz, Merlot or Cabernet varieties commonly used in Australian rosé. This means this drop is attractively savoury, with a bouquet of cherry blossom, strawberry and Turkish Delight musk.
