<p> It's from a family estate based near the Tuscan town of Montepulciano at the southern end of the Chianti region, which accounts for the richness of the wine. Consider also the age of the vines, some of which were planted in 1938, and you can understand why Saracosa is so concentrated. </p> <p> A serious wine packed with warm earth, black cherries and savoury oak to enjoy with classic Tuscan dishes such as pasta with a pork ragù, or bistecca alla Fiorentina. </p>
