It's from Spain's eastern shores – Valencia – and is made by winemaker supremo Fernando Tarin Casado, a specialist in capturing the fruity freshness of the Moscatel grape. Delicate bubbles releasing grape, mandarin, apricot, honeysuckle and orange blossom notes, with the sweetness balanced by a delicious lemony freshness.
