Wine Summary
Di Prima is an elegant, full-flavoured pure Syrah. This 2017 vintage has received a high 93pt score from the influential Luca Maroni Guide. It comes from David di Prima, whose grandfather Gaspare planted the vines decades ago high on hills above the Lago Arancio (Orange Tree Lake) reservoir – where on occasion water levels drop to reveal the ruins of a Moorish temple. Deliciously juicy and deeply coloured, it’s filled with silky cherry and plum, spice and chocolate.
