A Grenache Rosé unlike any other...

Mrs Wigley was not the wife of Wirra Wirra founder Robert Strangways Wigley, but a particular pussycat who was born at the neighbouring Petrucci residence. Within days her mum had dragged the litter to settle in their open fermenters, and from then on Mrs Wigley became a permanent feature of the cellars. The palate is super fresh and vibrant. There is a juicy quality of crunchy red berries, while blood orange and exotic fruits give succulence to the mid palate. These are balanced by bright, flinty acidity. The finish is refreshing with a subtle savoury texture.
