Highbury Fields was one of Mt Barker’s first farms, home to apples, dairy, grains, lamb and wool. Bought over 15 years ago, the property is today producing exceptional fruit. As Halliday says: “The quality of the wines made from the oldest vines (dry-grown) on the property is awesome”. One taste and you’ll agree! The nose boasts delicious aromas of melon and white peach. The palate is generous and textured, with vibrant fruit flavours and a light lemony zing. Elegant natural acidity on the finish makes for a bright, zesty mouthful and leaves you wanting more.
