NSW's Tumbarumba region is perfect for growing crunchy, cool, crisp Chardonnay – as Allegiance's twice Gold-medal winning ' The Matron' (dedicated to Australia's resilient and hard-working bush nurses) shows. It's deliciously fresh, with mouthwatering flavours of tangy green apple, white peach and fragrant nectarines. French oak and natural acidity are perfectly balanced, and there's a lovely textural, creamy note as well
