Wine Summary
Petit Chablis comes from soils just outside the hallowed area of Chablis proper, but when it tastes as good as this minerally, citrusy, intense 2019, it’s hard to spot the difference. From a highly awarded family estate, this is a fine white. Bursting onto the scene with fresh citrus, this Petit Chablis is brusque and clean on the tongue with an aroma of hay, elderflower and wet stone. The perfectly crisp flavour and minerality of this incomparable white make for an ideal partner to freshly shucked oysters, wild salmon or Dover sole.
