Wine Summary
A refreshing, fruit driven palate with a hint of oak, zesty minerality, and citrus twist. Nectarine and white peach also feature with just a hint of vanillin oak. Despite a very dry winter, the Yarra Valley experienced a very wet end contributing to strong vegetative growth and sustained healthy yields. The 2019 Yarra Valley growing season saw some intense spikes in heat throughout the summer months, followed by generally mild conditions from January. Whilst yields were slightly down on the average fruit quality across the board was very high with flavours that are complex and well defined.
