<p> Judges' Comments include: </p> <p> “A lovely delicate restrained style. Excellent savoury characters … nice racy acidity working very harmoniously, paired well with the food”. </p> <p> “Quite lifted. Some white peach and minerality. The palate was flinty, dry and zesty. Really quite impressed". </p> <p> "A soft citrus with a hint of honeysuckle on the nose. Intense honeydew on the palate, with a sweet lifted finish". </p> <p> "On the palate some juicy apple puree". </p> <p> "Pale lemon in colour with a green tinge. Lemon honey and white blossom on the nose. On the palate rounded with good acid. White blossom and honey flavours". </p> <p> A peppery, faintly yellow grilled capsicum aroma. The palate is grippy and nicely balanced. </p>
