You might call that ‘first mover advantage’, but wine is a slow business and it took over a decade to produce world-class wines. </p> <p> What the critics think: “Jeff and Vicky Dewar have followed a fast track in developing Willow Bridge since acquiring the spectacular 180ha hillside property in the Ferguson Valley” (James Halliday). </p> <p> Rich with plum, blackberry, spice and French oak and highly recommended by our wine team. As is often the way, they usually co-ferment it with a little Viognier (white grape) to add perfume. </p>
