<p> Winemaker Gavin Berry is both a WA veteran and a man of the land. To make this Chardonnay, he harvested the fruit in the cool of the night to lock in the freshness of flavour and then 100% tank fermented the juice. </p> <p> Pale straw in colour with bright tropical aromas dominated by fresh melon and lychee, ending with a lush palate full of melon and stonefruit flavours. A big hit with veal cutlets and creamy mustard mash. </p>
