<p> From its perfect geography to its perfect climate, everything about Chile’s vineyards is, well, perfect. And for fans of great Pinot Noir, there’s much to admire. Taste for yourself with Tierra del Corazón. Made with grapes from some of the best vineyards in Casablanca, and crafted by Roberto Carranca. </p> <p> The long, slow ripening of the grapes allows them to develop enticing cherry and plum flavours whilst, crucially, still retaining enough freshening acidity to produce a beautiful, balanced wine. Roberto matured a portion of the wine in French oak barrels, which adds roundness and a hint of spice to the finished wine. The perfect accompaniment to a roast chicken! </p>
