For the Reserva wines Cristian always selects cuvées that stand out for their extra flavours, nuances and balance. That was certainly true of the grapes for this white, selected from prime sites in the superb Casablanca Valley, which benefit from cooling ocean breezes. Powerfully aromatic (gooseberries and tropical fruit) with citrus intensity, this wine is as delightful as an apéritif as it is with pan fried fish, spicy Thai stir-fry or shellfish.
