Wine Summary
Founder Rob Dolan stands at six foot six and was known as 'Sticks' during his days as a dual premiership player for the Port Adelaide Aussie Rules Football Club.Winemaker Travis Bush gave the wine a Bordeaux style fermentation to extract plenty of colour and tannin from the grapes, and matured it in French oak to lend extra complexity, structure and finesse. A fine partner for roast lamb or roast duck breast with plum sauce.
