<p> Today, three generations later, produces some of Portugal's finest bottles. The winemaker is Diogo Sepulveda, who has worked in Pomerol, the Napa and at 5 Star Halliday rated Turkey Flat in the Barossa. </p> <p> Rich and ripe, with excellent structure and acidity, Quinta do Espírito Santo is a delicious combination of the port grape Tinta Roriz and the renowned Castelão. Inky black in colour with intense blackberry and damson fruit and notes of mocha and roast coffee bean, it’s great with roast beef and duck, stews and rich game dishes. </p>
