The 2011 Pinot shows aromas of strawberries, rhubarb and cherries. There are some oak characteristics present here adding some toasty complexities. The flavour profile is dominated by red fruits namely cranberries, plums and cherries. Behind the red fruits sits a savoury element that will become more pronounced with time.
