It's a special cuvée selected by Olivier Ravoire of Ravoire et Fils, a family cellar with a portfolio of top properties in both Provence and the Rhône. </p> <p> Combining two time honoured grapes of the region, Grenache and Syrah, this has wonderful depth of flavour and delicious spicy complexity. And it is tasting beautifully right now thanks to its ripe tannic structure, which is typical of the vintage: "2011 has impressive balance, wonderful charm, and will be more approachable and drinkable at an earlier age" (Robert Parker, Wine Advocate). </p> <p> A superb match with herby casseroles, lamb or duck dishes, or roast pork. </p>
