Wine Summary
This rich, ripe gem is from the fantastic 2010 vintage and managed to swipe aside the competition to take three Gold medals in local competitions. The vineyards lie on stony, herb strewn terraces between Narbonne and Carcassonne, which keep the vines thirsty and force them to dig deep for water. Grenache, Syrah and Carignan yield intense blackberry and cassis flavours with silken tannins. An ideal wine for cassoulet or char-grilled beef.
