The estate is headed up by Adolfo Hurtado, who firmly believes in environmentally friendly methods in the vineyard. (Any live pests are set upon by the cellar's flock of geese - kept penned in among the vines to gobble up the unwanted intruders!) He's also extremely passionate about Pinot Noir and has a cellar dedicated to it. The intense cherry and raspberry fruit flavours of this wine will perfectly match mushroom risotto, roast chicken or even fish dishes.
