<p>There’s a clue in the name of this wine as to its history. The Limestone Coast was under the sea for over 25 million years. Fast-forward one million years, the region rose out of the sea and fossils helped form the prized red soils (‘terra rossa’) for which the Limestone Coast is famous. </p> <p>Lifted nose of violets and oak, while the palate is full of juicy red currants, bouquet garni and spicy plum with a classic minty edge. A natural partner for warming lamb curry. </p>
