Wine Summary
<p> Winemaker Mike Ng was born in China and comes from a foodie family (his parents ran a restaurant in Melbourne). He made his first Shiraz in his garage and from that point onwards he was hooked. After graduating he worked vintages in Turkey, New Zealand, and Saint-Emilion in France, before being wooed back to the wild and remote west of the Great Southern region. </p> <p> Masses of dark berry fruit in here with some decent toasty, cedary oak adding another layer of complexity. Terrific tannin and oak balance with a smooth satiny finish. A wine that punches well above its weight. </p>
