In addition, they insist on using exclusively estate-grown grapes for all their wines, so they have total control over quality, from grape to glass. No wonder they have been listed among the top 50 wineries in the world! </p> <p> Named after the singing of the abundant birdlife found on their estate, this charming red offers smooth elegant berry flavours. Delicious with chicken, roasted vegetable kebabs or tapas. Tasty on its own, too. </p>
