<p> The bodega was transformed in 1984 when the Bujanda brothers built an ultra modern facility that earned them the title 'Winery of the Year' on several occasions and remains one of the finest in Europe. They gained a reputation for putting the fruit back into Rioja, by using modern methods, meticulous winemaking and reducing a wine's time in barrel. </p> <p> This young Tempranillo is all about fruit, so was aged (Madurado) just 150 days in cask. A delightful red to sip with tapas. </p>
