His vineyards are around the classic Provençal village of Correns, which shot to fame recently for becoming entirely organic and for the fact that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie bought its star attraction, Château de Miraval. </p> <p> Made from gently pressed Grenache, Cinsault and Carignan, Pontfract has a delicate colour and delightful, strawberry scented aromas. Enjoy on its own, with olive tapenade, tomato dishes or a fresh seafood platter. </p>
