Wine Summary
<p> It is from renowned viticulturalist Ludovic Roussillon, whom we've worked with for several vintages. The soils on his Entre Deux Mers estate are limestone rich, therefore well drained, so the flavours of the grapes are super concentrated. </p> <p> Ludovic is great to work with, accommodating and open to new ideas. He let our own Bordeaux specialist Jean-Marc Sauboua select vats from the 2012 vintage and 'finish' the wine himself at our nearby cellar, Le Chai. </p> <p> Made mostly from Merlot with a touch of both Cabernets for added structure, Le Coin makes a perfect partner for roast shoulder of lamb or haunch of venison. </p>
