<p> Tamblyn is the name of the sister’s ancestors who migrated to Australia from Cornwall. All components were individually vinified – with Cabernet providing structure, Shiraz and Merlot, berry roundness and Malbec adding perfumed lift and colour. The wine then spent 18 months in oak. </p> <p> Brooding in the glass with dark black fruits and spicy oak. Complex and layered, a lovely food-friendly mix of fruit, savoury notes and spice. </p>
