Wine Summary
Bollinger is one of the few remaining family-owned Grande Marque houses. With a legacy of excellence dating back 180 years, this distinctive Champagne has a complex aromatic nose with hints of apples and peaches and a little spice. The palate has subtle pear flavours combined with fresh walnuts all wrapped up in Bollinger’s famous toasty style, the result of the high percentage of Pinot Noir used in their blend with portions being aged in old oak barrels.
