<p> A unique blend of 90% Shiraz, 9% Cabernet Sauvignon & 1% Viognier, giving no shortage of dark fruits and licorice intermingled with forest undergrowth notes that precede a long lasting, fine tannin rosemary flavoured finish. </p> <p> These parcels of grapes were fermented to dryness in open fermenters with a small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon and Viognier grapes before gentle pressing to extract all the colour, flavour and natural tannin from the skins. </p>
